The Woodlands Homeowners Association is a Master Association commonly known as The WHOA.  It was established when the Woodlands Community was built between 1969 through 1971.

There are Six SubSections within the Woodlands Master Association.  They are: Sections One, Two, Five, Six, Seven, and Eight.

Woodlands is a Deed Restricted Community with enforced rules governed by each SubSection.  These rules are found within each of the SubSections' Websites.  For further information regarding these rules, please contact each of the SubSection.
